Grey-Bruce Shambhala Meditation
Tuesdays; 7 pm- 9 pm
This group is apart of Shambhala International, a worldwide non-profit community of over 200 meditation groups and centres. As human beings, our our mind is naturally open and free. Even though we experience agitation, difficult emotions, stress and anxiety, beneath or within all of these experiences we can contact a state of being this is clear and fresh. Meditation is a practice to uncover and rest in this uncluttered state of mind. Over time, we can learn to meet our everyday activities with awareness, peace, wisdom, compassion and a sense of humor.
We are offering you the opportunity to practice various types of meditation that are simple, natural, and easy to do. The goal of these meditations is to help you to relax and flow more easily with life, so that you can live with greater authenticity, spontaneity and ease.
